We can’t wait to have you back for our Lambing Experiences at Acklam Farm Stays! Our Lambing Experiences are the real deal, we’re not the commercial kind you’ll see at many places, 0ur groups are small and personal and we want you to value a smaller quieter experience with the sheep.
Our experiences are educational too and it’s a chance for you to get hands on and experience life in the lambing sheds. We’re a real working farm but the Lambing Experiences are open to everyone, families, couples, friends and those travelling solo.
Our pregnant mother sheep will be giving birth to their baby lambs, it’s a special time of year and an experience not to be missed!
Our 1 hour session involves:
- Introductions to the new arrivals
- Feeding & holding the lambs
- Possible sighting of birth
- A cup of hot chocolate
Prices are £15 for an adult (16+) and £13.50 for children (3+). Children 2 years & under are not charged. Full payment is required at the point of booking. Please note this event is non refundable and non transferrable.

Bookings for our Lambing Experiences are very popular and always sell out. We offer on a first come first served basis, however if it states fully sold out online, please phone us as we may be able to squeeze one or two more on (at most) depending on group sizes.
